• Once your preserved piece has been delivered or collected, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to sunlight, heat, moisture, or accidents.

• All products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, created using natural flowers and preservation materials, including resin.

• Due to the organic nature of flowers and the preservation process, variations in color, shape, clarity, air bubbles, and texture are normal and expected. These characteristics are not considered defects.

Resin Preservation Disclaimer

• Resin is a chemical compound that may naturally develop minor bubbles, surface markings, or subtle imperfections during curing.

• Over time, resin may experience natural aging, including slight yellowing or changes when exposed to sunlight, heat, or humidity.

• In Remembrance cannot guarantee permanence of color, clarity, or exact appearance over time.

Irreplaceable Items

• Customers acknowledge that preserved flowers and memorial items may be irreplaceable.

• While every reasonable precaution is taken, In Remembrance is not liable for loss, damage, or alteration caused by:

  • Natural degradation of organic materials

  • Environmental exposure (heat, UV light, moisture, smoke, chemicals)

  • Shipping delays, carrier handling, or unforeseen events

  • Inherent risks of preservation and resin curing processes

By submitting flowers or personal items, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with preservation, including the possibility of breakage, discoloration, or unexpected results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• In Remembrance’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

• We are not responsible for emotional distress, sentimental value, or consequential damages resulting from product outcomes.

Care & Handling Responsibility

• Once a product is delivered or picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care and handling.

• Damage resulting from improper care, accidental drops, or failure to follow provided care instructions is not covered.

Acceptance of Terms

Placing an order with In Remembrance constitutes acceptance of this Liability Waiver, Privacy & Safety Policy, and any related Terms & Conditions.
